Hybrid Mode of Presentation
The conference will be conducted in hybrid mode, enabling participants to present their papers either in person at the conference venue or online through Zoom.
Authors must indicate their preferred mode of presentation—in person or online—in the registration form.
In the case of a jointly authored paper, at least one of the authors must present the paper either in person or through Zoom.
The Zoom meeting link and necessary instructions will be shared with registered online presenters through their registered email address or WhatsApp number before the conference.
Online presenters are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and properly functioning audio and video facilities.
Online presenters must join the Zoom session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled commencement of their session.
Presentation certificates will be issued only to registered authors who present their papers during the conference.
Guidelines for Manuscript Submission
The first page of the submission should include the title of the paper; the author(s)’ bionote(s), affiliation(s), Institution address(es), and email address(es); an abstract; keywords; and the relevant thrust area.
The abstract of the proposed paper should not exceed 250 words.
The full paper should not exceed eight pages, (3,000 words), including Works Cited, figures and tables.
Both the abstract and the full paper must strictly follow the guidelines of the MLA Handbook, 9th edition. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman, 12-point font, and 1.5-line spacing.

The full paper, along with the abstract and keywords, should be emailed to sellta.conference@gmail.com on or before 21 August 2026.
The acceptable file format should be preferably .doc or .docx
A standard file-naming format may be prescribed, such as AuthorName_PaperTitle.docx
Publication Policy
All authors, including co-authors, must register individually and pay the prescribed fee separately.
Selected papers will be published in ISBN Book Volume / International Peer-Reviewed Journal
All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
Papers must be free from AI-generated content and plagiarism, as they will be subjected to AI-detection and plagiarism checks.
Authors must make all corrections suggested by the reviewers and submit the revised manuscript within the stipulated deadline.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit the manuscript for language, style, formatting, and clarity without altering its original meaning.
Acceptance of a paper for presentation does not automatically guarantee publication.
The decision of the Editorial Board regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of a paper will be final.
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted images, tables, figures, or other materials used in their papers.
